Role:


We are seeking enthusiastic sales executives who are passionate about building relationships and driving sales for our premium real estate projects. Whether you are a fresher looking for a promising start or a professional with prior experience, we welcome you to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our projects.
  • Conducted site visits for prospective customers and explained project details.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams for lead generation and promotional activities.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience are welcome.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Telugu (mandatory).
