Position: Real Estate Sales Executive   

Location: Gowlidoddi

Role Summary:   

We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales for our open plotting project. This role focuses on engaging potential clients through calls and managing the sales process without the need for on-site visits. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information on plot availability, project features, and investment benefits. 

- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and fostering client satisfaction. 

- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into successful sales. 

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management. 

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

- Prior experience in real estate sales, particularly in open plotting projects, is advantageous. 

- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone. 

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently. 

- Good knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.
