Job Overview

We seek a skilled Real Estate - Project Manager to join our PLANET GREEN INFRA PVT team. LTD. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget with a minimum area of 100 Acers

• Expertise in real estate development and construction management is mandatory to excel in this role, ensuring smooth project execution. (Mandatory skill)
• A strong background in project management is required to coordinate various tasks and team efforts effectively.
• Proven experience in budgeting is essential to manage project finances and allocate resources efficiently.
• Proficient in contract negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors and contractors.
• Effective risk management skills to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis to inform strategic decisions and project planning.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills are required to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to engage in problem-solving, ensuring project delivery aligns with company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of real estate projects, from initial planning to final completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as required to meet operational goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide project development and strategic decisions.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining proactive problem-solving approaches.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized for easy access and review.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, addressing any questions or issues promptly and professionally.
