Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Civil Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including structural engineering, construction management, and project management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Structural Engineering (Mandatory skill) – Expertise in designing and analyzing structural components.
• Construction Management (Mandatory skill) – Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Project Management (Mandatory skill) – Strong ability to oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects.
• Land Development – Experience in land development processes and regulations.
• Building Codes – Knowledge of local and national building codes and standards.
• Site Planning – Adept at planning and designing effective site layouts.
• Geotechnical Engineering – Understanding of geotechnical properties and their implications on construction.
• Cost Estimation – Skill in accurately estimating project costs and managing budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components for real estate projects to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage construction projects from initial design through completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Conduct land development assessments and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Prepare and review site plans to ensure effective utilization of space and resources.
• Apply geotechnical knowledge to address ground-related issues and design foundations appropriately.
• Estimate project costs accurately and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction activities meet building codes and standards.
