Job Summary: 

As a Sales Representative at Veda Bharath, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. 

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. 

4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions. 

5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns. 

6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition. 

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience. 

8. Manage sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting sales performance. 

Requirements: 

1. 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG/retail industry. 

2. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. 

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

4. Strong customer-focused mindset. 

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

6. Basic computer skills (CRM software, Microsoft Office). 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 

2. Experience with sales automation tools. 

3. Knowledge of local market trends.
