Candidates will work closely with senior management to drive the company's financial performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, with a preference for real estate industry expertise.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to construct complex models to forecast company performance and assess investment opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Expertise in financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial statements and management reports.
• Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting to guide financial planning and monitor business growth effectively.
