Job Summary:

Planet Green Infra Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate firm in Hyderabad, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist with a strong background in financial management, loan procurement, and financial forecasting. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in securing financial loans from banks and financial institutions, preparing financial projections, and analyzing financial data to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure loans from banks and financial institutions to support business expansion and project development.
• Develop detailed financial projections, feasibility studies, and financial models to assess project viability and financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements to ensure financial stability and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and investors to ensure smooth financial transactions and funding availability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for financial risk mitigation.
• Optimize financial operations, including cost management, investments, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, banking, or real estate financial management.
• Proven experience in securing loans and financial assistance from banks and financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, projections, and data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
