Job Summary:

As a Corporate Finance Associate at Planet Green Infra Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial activities, particularly focused on loan processing, negotiations with financial institutions, and overall corporate financing strategies. You will support the finance department in ensuring optimal capital structuring and financial sustainability while fostering strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance strategies to support business expansion and operational needs.
• Lead and manage the loan application process, including documentation, submission, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Negotiate favorable loan terms with banks and financial institutions, ensuring optimal financing conditions for the company.
• Liaise with external financial entities, building and maintaining strong relationships for future financial partnerships.
• Analyze financial data, forecasts, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor the company’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with repayment schedules and financial covenants.
• Provide regular reports on the company’s financial status, including cash flow management, loan servicing, and interest rate optimization.
• Support CFO and senior management with financial planning, budget forecasts, and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure loan agreements and financial contracts are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in identifying new financial products or services that could benefit the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in corporate finance, loan processing, or financial relations, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, loan structuring, and financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with external financial institutions and stakeholders.
