We have an opening for "Yes Bank" as "Phone Banking Officer" Profile in Gurgaon And Mumbai location.

Designation: Phone Banking Officer

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Will have to call the existing customers of Yes Bank.

2. Will have pitch about the liability product to the customers (mainly insurance).

3. Also have to give and end to end services for the same.

4. Have to maintain good and healthy relation when the customers by solving their queries.

5. It will be a domestic voice process.

Job Locations:  DLF, Phase 2, Gurgaon AND Airoli (Navi Mumbai), Mumbai

Salary: 16,000 - 23000/- per month + Montly incentives

Qualification: Graduation / PG

Experience: 6 Months to 5 years Preferred

Age: 31 years or below that.

Skills: Good communication skills (English compulsory)
