Job Title: Social Media Executive cum Digital Marketer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to captivate our audience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube.
• Manage social media channels effectively, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
• Take complete ownership of all social media channels to improve brand awareness, reach, engagement, popularity, networking, and lead generation.
• Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and monitor industry trends, competition, and audience sentiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Continuously analyze social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and improve results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 12th Pass.
• 1+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, brand building, and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing designing and content tools such as Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidates with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning preferred.
