Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: 12 to 15 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days max

Interview Process:

1. 1st Round: Virtual direct interview with MD of the company
2. 2nd Round: Face-to-Face with MD

Skills Required:

• Marketing Management
• Extremely good command over English and Hindi
• More than 5 years of experience in Marketing (not Sales)
• Ability to work in offline and online marketing
• Experience in managing digital footprints and monitoring brand image

Total and Relevant Years of Experience: 5-8 Years in Marketing

Key Responsibilities Areas:

1. Increase Brand Awareness across all stakeholders and territories.
2. Acquire Marketing Leads through various campaigns.
3. Promote brand equity to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage all marketing activities to increase Brand Awareness across all stakeholders and territories.
2. Monitor all digital footprints of the company for brand image maintenance.
3. Maintain Net Promoter Scores, Reputation matrix, and availability of marketing resources.

• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from focused areas: US - IT business
• India - IoT business
• Products and Productized services of OSL

1. Manage concept to logistics of all stakeholders' delight for events including festivals, special occasions publicity, etc.

An Ideal Candidate Shall Have:

• Extremely good command over English and Hindi
• More than 5 years of experience in Marketing (not Sales)

Qualification:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
