Job Description

Designation: Sales Officer – Mortgage Sales

Role/Functional Area: Sales/Business Development

Location: PAN India

Experience: 0.6 year – 2 years

Salary Range: Up to 3LPA + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping:

  • Conduct regular lane-to-lane/Area mapping with supervisor assistance.
  • Identify new sources within the allocated area and report progress during team huddles.

Source Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources within the geography/area.

Maintain Reports:

  • Maintain sales-related reports and activity logs in prescribed formats on a daily basis.

Channel Partner Recruitment:

  • Identify the need for appointing channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.

Team Huddle:

  • Attend daily team huddles as per the established process.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.

Completion of File:

  • Ensure the timely submission of complete application forms, documentations, and information.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate from any stream.
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in BFSI is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Dates: 6th to 29th February 2024
  • Time: 10 AM to 1 PM
  • Qualifications: Graduate with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (Preferably BFSI).
  • Compensation: Up to 3LPA + Incentives
  • Requirements: Candidates must have a two-wheeler/localized transportation.
