Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:

  - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.

  - Conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

2. Data Analysis:

  - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.

  - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

3. Process Mapping:

  - Document current and future state business processes using modeling techniques such as BPMN or flowcharts.

  - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

4. System Integration:

  - Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and technologies.

  - Collaborate in the development and testing of software solutions to meet business requirements.

5. Business Impact Assessment:

  - Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, and stakeholders.

  - Provide recommendations and insights to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

  - Effectively communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and validate requirements.

7. Project Management Support:

  - Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting.

  - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables in accordance with project timelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
