Hiring for Systems Administrator with 5 to 9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities included:

• Providing Support to 200 callers at two locations in the NYC area.
• Perform and respond as the technical Lead focusing on operational based MAC Window system, servers and applications between the two locations.
• Responsible for providing high level of PC hardware/software support for local/remote clients in a window/MAC environment.
• Leading and assisting project-oriented engineering task. Server builds and maintenance, monitor, maintain and trouble shoot network, wired and wireless.
• Perform installations, configurations and support of new PC's, MACs, printers and other technologies.
• Set-up and dismantling of a variety of systems and hardware components across both locations.
• Maintaining timely tracking of ticket system, escalation and communication of all issues along with resolution.
• Tracking of production hardware and data backup rotation.
• Proactively forecast and plan of monthly or critical upgrades and patches to system infrastructure applied during the month and planned downtime.
• Moniter of network communication between office and studio
• Support studio offices setup for guest on the show and production staff.
• Able to work on all levels of MS operation systems (old & New) and MAC OS
• Maintain cluster of exchange servers in a multiple site environment.
