• Drive team targets for walk-ins and sales, ensuring team building and effective team management.
• Design and execute monthly and quarterly sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate references and boost sales.
• Conduct market research and surveys to assist in sourcing deals.
• Engage actively in channel partner engagement programs to develop long-term relationships.
• Ensure a strong relationship with working Channel Partners and the closing team to maintain business continuity.
