Hiring for Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 5 years' experience in PEB Industrial (Warehouse) projects. You will be responsible for Planning, execution, monitoring work construction work. Ensure accuracy in joint measurement bill to avoid overpayments and cost over-runs along with joint measurement sheet. Ensure that the required amount of raw material is available at the site to complete different tasks related to the project. Ensure to managing and overseeing the execution of the project, ensuring adherence to plans, safety regulations, and project timelines, while also managing resources and resolving technical issues at site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To maintain all sets of latest GFC hard copy drawing with index at site.
• Preparing and maintaining site reports such DPR, Check list, Steel & cement consumption.
• Preparing and maintaining site instruction book given in put by manager, QC, QS, Client, Engineer.
• Set out, level, survey at the site, check plans, drawings, quality of work.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specification and instruction by manager or QS or QC, oversee the quality of raw material.
• Managing the project with budget, time constraints, construction team, subcontractor and equipment on the site, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Carry out day to day management of the site, including, supervising, and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractor, NMR basis work.
• To discuss with manager to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may raise, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain all good communication with manager, contractor, design team and labors.
• Site engineer have the duty of travelling between construction site and look the progress of their construction project before their completion.
• Site engineer is responsible of the all-construction work happening at site in the form of quality, progress, quantity, meeting, reports etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ BE Civil with 4-5 years of experience in PEB Industrial (Warehouse) Project.
