Hiring Project Engineer/Senior project Engineer (Finishing) with Civil Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in residential real estate for multiple locations across Bangalore.

Job Description:

The role will be responsible to support the Project Managers on projects of various sizes. The role revolves around all documentation required to support and ensure successful projects.

• Monitor and supervise all construction activities including QA/QC approvals as per the approved check lists and methodology statements.
• Study and understanding of Drawings issued for construction by the architects / consultants and highlighting the ambiguities in the drawing if any and getting clarified on the same before execution and before issuing to the contractor.
• Perusing the design drawings sent by Design department for the project and planning the activities accordingly.
• Preparation of execution checklists for all activities and ensuring approval of checklists prior to execution.
• Executing the activities as per the approved GFC drawing and according to the schedule with focus on QUALITY, SAFETY, TIME, AND COST.
• Coordinating with consultants for clarifications if any in the issued drawings
• Coordinating with MEP and ensuring that they execute their part of the infrastructure works as per the schedule.
• Bringing to the notice of Project Head any issues which might affect the progress of work in the project.
• Checking of all incoming materials as per the MAR approved and ensuring MTCs are available for all applicable materials.
• To be aware of all BOQ specification for all works executed at site and ensuring works are executed as per the BOQ specifications.
• Executing the work on receipt of Modified Working Drawing
• Maintenance of Cube register, Material test reports
• Checking of Bar bending schedule submitted by the contractor and checking the same at site prior to clearance given for concreting.
• Raising the Purchase Request and follow-up for the materials
• Ensuring the entire execution activity is carried out under safe working conditions.
• Ensuring all required permits are given as per safety standards for all applicable works at site
• Site level Planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and other facilities. Execution of activities pertaining to site execution, billing.
• Regular reporting of material status and progress of works at site.
• Coordination and checking of deliverable as per schedule.
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/ Monthly project status reports
• Project documentation
