Hiring Senior Manager/AGM Interior Designer for a high-end residential developer based in Bangalore. Ideal candidate will have B.Arch. with 12 to 18 years of experience in design build premium residential interiors projects along with experience in common areas.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for residential interior projects.
• Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure DQ philosophy is aligned in the processes followed
• Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines and aesthetics of design as per DQ philosophy
• Take the time to understand client style and need and merge that with DQ design philosophy in a creatively unique way each time for each different project
• Create and present design solutions as per process
• Ensure that the client enjoys the process of the home renovation as that is one of the USP s of DQ.
• Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed
• Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Provide support and guidance to clients in the newest trends in home decor and design

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Arch. with 14 to 18 years of experience in residential interior design build projects
• Must be open to travelling to site locations across Bangalore.
