Qualifications and Skills

• Strong skills in illustration (Mandatory skill) for developing original graphics and artwork that encapsulate brand identity and project themes effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design (Mandatory skill) with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions for varying client needs.
• Experience in layout design to structure content effectively, ensuring cohesive and visually appealing presentations of information.
• Keen sense of visual communication to translate ideas into engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Demonstrated creativity, capable of thinking outside traditional frameworks to develop innovative and impactful design solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and organize a library of assets, maintaining a comprehensive collection of images, templates, and design files.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering feedback, sharing knowledge, and fostering creativity.
• Ensure all design materials are compliant with brand guidelines and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
