Hiring for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with at 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organisation. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration will be crucial in driving the success of the company’s Salesforce initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement data models, workflows, and process automation using Salesforce declarative tools.
• Create and maintain Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
• Perform system and data integrations with external systems using Salesforce APls, web services, and middleware tools.
• Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure overall system quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and assist in user training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce data modelling, schema design, and security models.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APls.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (SOAP, REST, middleware, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
