Hiring Quantity Surveyor Engineer with Civil or Mechanical engineering and 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sector for South Bangalore location.

Responsibilities:

• Working out detailed Quantification by provided drawings as per Mode of Measurement.
• Detailed study report on drawings and listing out the non-available details to extract the Quantity.
• Assisting the report heads for preparing Bill of Quantity and vetting specifications.
• Should have execution experience to adopt and resolve practicality issues in term of Quantity surveyor.
• Processing, recording & verification of bills/invoices from venders & sub-contractors by physical measurement at site for civil and MEP works.
• Preparation of Variation reports w.r.t various reasons.
• Preparation of Reconciliation reports.
• Preparation of daily trackers, weekly and monthly report.
• Adequate work experience with any ERP software’s.
• Adequate knowledge on software’s like Auto CADD & MS-Office.
• Obtain quotes from various vendors and preparation of rate analysis.
• Coordinating with site representatives, consultants and contractors with good communication skills.
• Should be capable of handling Quantity survey works at multiple projects.
• Any other duties as may be entrusted from time to time.
