We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage

commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to completion for Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and interior construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to finalize project specifications and designs.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure project activities are aligned with the project plan.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present financial reports and projections to stakeholders.
• Implement cost control measures to manage project finances effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and other critical project activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and manage changes to project scope or specifications.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Address any quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Minimum Requirement:

• Civil Engineer with 6 to 12 years of experience in corporate interiors/fitout turnkey projects/Design to build.
• Good communication skills
