Hiring Senior Manager - PMO for a leading real estate developer in Bangalore as part of the PMO department for its residential & commercial projects.

• Act as a person adding value and mediating between leadership and project teams translating leadership's needs and wants while providing direction and support to the teams
• Establish operating models and review mechanisms that strike the right balance for both the senior management and various departments to get the desired outcome
• Create processes, templates, and reports for projects, develop and maintain a dashboard to monitor the project performance
• Ensure all project related planning is coordinated top-down and bottom-up with granular plans
• Be the conduit between the Board and various departments by taking the feedback received from the teams and translate it to senior leadership.
• Act as an expert facilitator and advisor, monitor progress, check in with teams regularly, and make sure projects run smoothly at all stages.
• Sense information beyond the formal process, have the ability to anticipate, and know the right time to escalate any potential risks which might impact the project
• Should have strategic outlook to crunch, analyse data and read beyond it to provide new and meaningful insights to the management.
• Leverage automation and technology to get real-time information in the hands of decision-makers as quickly as possible to keep things moving in the right pace and direction
• Data exceptions should automatically be flagged to owners for rectification
• Serve as a change management expert to help transition organizations and teams to new project management methodologies
• At a strategic level, create project-specific system, and review mechanisms to enable stakeholders to surpass project objectives and align them together as a team
• Envisage Look-ahead scenarios to ensure timely course corrections critical for the project
• Establish and implement risk management systems for the project (risk identification, categorization, risk assessment, and mitigation)
• Responsible for giving quantifiable risk impact value for the project for further action by relevant teams
• Implement and manage a risk database which helps and links to revenue generation for the company.
• Primary responsibility involves identifying all contractual risks and tracking proposed mitigation and corrective actions for closure
