Job description

Hiring Project Controller at AM & Manager Level with 4 to 8 years' planning experiences with residential related projects. You will play a vital role to establish control over the project/program by ensuring key stakeholders are at appropriate intervals provided with analytics and information that enable informed decision-making, risk management, replanning and realignment of resources.


Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to collaborate with project manager/s and functional leaders to collect and understand key information for developing project approval documents.
  • Assign approved costs for all activities of the integrated master schedule and develop S Curve at the organization and work breakdown structure level.
  • Set up an earned value management project monitoring system to record, analyze and report progress of projects.
  • Set up the budget tracking system for approved budget/estimate based on cost breakdown structure.
  • Support Control Account Managers (across departments) in recording, reviewing, and consolidating progress reports of Consultants and Contractors.
  • Responsible to record the consolidated project progress in an overall monitoring system.
  • Responsible to prepare the independent progress memo highlighting current schedule and cost variances (with impact to overall project), analysis and recommendation and submit to the project manage on monthly basis.
  • Responsible to Initiate the project re-baseline on need basis and align the monitoring system.
  • Planning and scheduling, delay analysis, risk management, earned value management, dashboards, Historical database management, Document management system, Data collection and report mechanisms, and process automation.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Civil Engineering with 4 to 8 years' experience in project planning for Infrastructure projects.
  • Certified Earned Value Professional (EVP),
  • Certified Planning and scheduling Professional (PSP)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Projects.
  • Knowledge of Primavera would be a plus.
