Hiring Project Controls Manager with 6 to 8 years' experience in project controls with exposure to Facade projects. in residential and commercial real estate.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the respective CAM or CAMs to collect and understand key information for project manager in developing project approval documents (Mandate and Go-Ahead stage), which include:
  • Execution strategy for engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Potential risks and mitigation measures of the project
  • Develop the Integrated master schedule and responsibility assignment matrix and assess the outcome with historical information.
  • Estimate of the project and collate the pre-construction budget till the main civil construction commencement.
  • Determine activity level cost from the project approval documents and support in developing ‘S’ Curve at the organization and work breakdown structure level.
  • Support in Setting up an earned value management project monitoring system to record, analyze and report progress of project/s.
  • Support in Setting up the budget tracking system for approved budget/estimate based on cost breakdown structure.
  • Support in developing progress monitoring for project/s and record project progress.
  • Support in Setting up Earned Value Management progress monitoring system for Consultants and Contractors on being appointed for the project.
  • Support Control Account Managers (across departments) and their consultants and vendors in recording, reviewing, and consolidating progress reports as and when required.
  • Support to record the consolidated project progress in overall monitoring system.
  • Support in Calculating and Analyzing variance and reporting.
  • Responsible to Prepare and analyze monthly progress of the project and ensure reports and control account manager’s curve is published timely.
  • Support by providing inputs required for preparing independent progress memo highlighting current schedule and cost variances (with impact to overall project), analysis and recommendation and submit to the project manager on monthly basis.
  • Support to integrate the biweekly Look Ahead Plan (LAP) with the performance measurement baseline and provide independent recommendations for course correction.
  • Support to prepare and analyze month-on-month estimate at completion and report the reasons for variance.
  • Incorporate change and maintain baseline.
  • Support to Initiate the project re-baseline on need basis and align the monitoring system.
  • Support to update the cost for authorized changes in the budget tracking system.
  • Support for timely documentation of changes to the baseline


Minimum Requirement:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 6 to 8 years' experience in planning/project controls
  • PG in construction management would be a plus.
  • Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects along with Facade work.
