Hiring MEP Manager/Senor Manager for a leading high rise building projects based in Bangalore. Ideal candidate must have B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 8 to 16 years of experience in MEP services for high rise building projects at various stages during the project construction phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project
• To prepare detailed BOQ
• Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition
• Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc.
• Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP.
• Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems
