Hiring Manager - MIS (Sales and Marketing Analyst) with 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Generating daily/weekly /annual business reports
- Annual/Monthly target vs achieved.
- Performance related MIS and data analytics
- Coordinating with Sales /EMT/CRM and analyzing data to understand performance gaps/Trends
- Cost analysis on marketing spends and helping understand the cost of sales leads and site visits
- Understand performing mediums and costs of mediums
- Sales performance metrics after sourcing data from our tool (Lead square)
- Market/competitor analysis
- Incentive performance analysis
- Sending the daily report and relevant sales dashboards
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
