Hiring for Manager Design for a leading residential real estate company based in Bangalore. You will be a vital role as part of the design & development team.

• Be responsible for, and oversee, in consultation with the management, the overall ‘Co-Ordination’ of all Design Ideation & Design Development related activities, pertaining especially to the Pre-Construction stage of any project. 
• Support Consultant Strategy and Consultant Appointment Process – including preparation of Design Brief, RFP, Comparative Statements, recommendation reports etc.
• Responsible for close co-ordination and follow up with project consultants to make sure the consultants are complying with the scope and deliverables.  
• Developing incrementally, a detailed Project Management / Implementation Plan covering all the stages of Project Development,
• Be responsible for continuous monitoring and updation of the Key Inputs of the Project Management / Implementation Plan 
• Documentation & Project Reporting
• Any other duties/ Responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time. 

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Arch with 8 to 12 years' experience in high-rise residential projects.
