We are looking for a dynamic real estate specialist to join our new team. Company is one of India's most sought-after advisory firm providing office space solutions to corporate's mainly IT/ITES companies. Your role will work as an intermediary on rental/leasing commercial properties between owners and potential tenants, oversee property transactions between buyers and sellers, and assist with new business development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute office space lease transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge ensuring seamless communication, consistent follow up and reporting and timely execution.
• Scheduling property site visits with potential clients
• Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential customer & eventual deal closing
• Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
