Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR with 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, effectively managing interactions between employees and the organization.
  • Strong recruitment skills with a knack for sourcing and hiring top talent in the real estate industry.
  • Experience in performance management, including setting up KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Capability in designing and facilitating training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Thorough understanding of HR compliance and regulations to ensure the organization's adherence to legal standards.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to handle disputes and grievances with a fair and balanced approach.
  • Strategic planning abilities to align HR practices with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge in managing compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable employee remuneration.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage all HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Handle employee relations issues, provide support to managers and staff, and maintain a positive working environment.
