Qualifications and Skills

- Strong recruitment skills with a knack for sourcing and hiring top talent in the real estate industry.
- Experience in performance management, including setting up KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
- Capability in designing and facilitating training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Thorough understanding of HR compliance and regulations to ensure the organization's adherence to legal standards.
- Effective conflict resolution skills to handle disputes and grievances with a fair and balanced approach.
- Strategic planning abilities to align HR practices with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Knowledge in managing compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable employee remuneration.
