We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the recruitment efforts while
supporting overall HR activities at one of Bangalore's leading managed office space providers. As an integral part of our HR team, this role will focus on driving talent acquisition for our coworking business, with an emphasis on hiring top talent and aligning recruitment strategies with company growth. The ideal candidate should also have a background in employee engagement and HR operations, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
Minimum Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR, with substantial experience in recruitment. Previous experience in the coworking or real estate sector is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, with a track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet current and future talent needs, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruiting strategies for various roles within the coworking space sector.
- Oversee and implement best practices in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to enhance the company’s brand presence and reach.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees, analyzing feedback to suggest improvements in employee experience.
- Organize events, activities, and team-building initiatives to boost morale and foster a cohesive work culture.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in place, in line with company values and best practices.
- Maintain HR records, track KPIs, and report on recruitment and retention metrics.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures as needed.
