Hiring for Hub Manager for Gift City and Ahmedabad location for a leading managed office space provider. Ideal candidate would be someone with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible of handling a center/hub with the support of the other verticals and creating a WOW experience for clients based out of your center.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the workspaces are fully operational and all facility related processes are running smoothly
• Ensure to create connections with all onboarded clients starting from building walkthrough’s introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, grievance redressal
• Flexibility to work across more than one business site and with required stretched hours
• Executing Clients Agreements
• Maintaining Billing and Collection of clients as per defined SOP
• Processing all vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records/ reports
• Maintaining Clients relationship in order to achieve CSI score , renew their contracts and develop opportunity for creative spaces
• Resolving clients’ issues with timelines in order to have cohesive community
• Overseas events 
• Ensure building best in class hygiene, safety and security for clients at the centre
• Establishing cooperative relationship with all external stakeholders/ vendors
• Providing prospect client walk throughs in order to have maximum occupancy of the centre
