Hiring for Facility Manager for a leading managed office space provider for Pune location. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments, Vendor negotiations for maximum productivity. They’ll be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management. Additionally, they’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overlooking all aspects of Technical and soft services along with allied services.
• Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and establishing of the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.
• Maintaining relationships with clients.
• Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
• Good command over employee’s safety and safe work methods under any circumstances
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
• Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
• Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and none critical Equipment

Minimum Requirement:

• B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a management level position especially in Real estate.
• Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.
• Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language (English, Marathi and Hindi)
