Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling clients that visit the site for closing in sales
• Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential customer & eventual deal closing.
• Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Helping the team at site to achieve their targets.

Required Candidate profile:

• Experience of 4-9 years in direct sales for residential real estate
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Well-groomed and business-like appearance
• Candidates living in around Western and central line will be preferred.
