Hiring Assistant Manager CRM with 4 to 7 years of experience for a leading real estate company. Ideal candidate will be a graduate with similar experience with a residential real estate developer handling a seamless end-to-end customer journey for all residential project clients, from booking to possession, with the goal of upholding company brand image by consistently meeting all customer requirements in accordance with SLAs, and enhancing the customer delight. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle, foster collaboration with internal and external partners for contractual matters, and innovate solutions to pressing issues to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibility:


  • Ensure all the details for the booking process are accurate and in order (KYC document - Aadhaar/Passport and PAN card copy and other relevant documents)
  • Issue receipts for booking payments on confirmation of KYC details and prepare an intimation letter accordingly.
  • Prepare a sales agreement checklist and forward the same to the finance team for verification and final approval from the authorised signatories. Ensuring all documents are appropriately filed.
  • Responsible for completion of the Sales Agreement Process with the customer.
  • Responsible for handing the Collection Process.
  • Provide all essential builder documents to the bank upon the customers home loan application.
  • Execution of Pre-EMI Refund Process
  • Initiating the Booking Refund Process in the event of a customer booking cancellation
  • Draft the Sales Deed, ensure the completion of K2 challan formalities, and oversee the registration process in accordance with local bye-laws.
  • Execution of a smooth handover process, once the final dues are settled and registration of sales deed is initiated:
  • Ensure prompt documentation and record-keeping of all customer interactions and contract-related correspondence in compliance with company service level agreement.
