We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance manager for a real estate developer based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing project funding, executing due diligence processes, liaising with financial institutions, preparing Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, and providing necessary financial information to support project funding. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful completion of financial projects.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s and master's degree in finance. Professional certification (e.g.,C.A. CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance management, project funding, or a related role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, funding mechanisms, and credit assessment processes.
  • Proven experience in executing due diligence processes and liaising with financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Project Funding Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for project funding from various financial institutions, investors, and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other funding sources to secure favorable financing terms.
  • Prepare and submit funding proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation and financial data are accurate and complete.


• Due Diligence Execution:

  • Coordinate and execute due diligence processes for potential projects, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance checks.
  • Work closely with external auditors, legal teams, and financial advisors to ensure thorough due diligence is conducted.
  • Compile and analyze financial information from various departments to support due diligence efforts.


• Financial Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and financial institutions for all project funding-related matters.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on funding status and financial performance.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to optimize funding arrangements.


• CMA Data Preparation:

  • Prepare and maintain Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial statements and projections to create comprehensive CMA reports for submission to banks and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure timely submission of CMA documentation.


• Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Work closely with various departments to gather necessary financial data and documentation required for project funding and due diligence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of financial data from all relevant departments to support funding applications and due diligence processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to departments on financial matters related to project funding and compliance.
