Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Content Writer to join the marketing team with a leading real estate developer, located in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position where the ideal candidate will bring a maximum of 6 years of experience in crafting compelling content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content writer, in the real estate industry or any other industry
  • Creative Content Creation (Mandatory skill) is essential for developing innovative and engaging materials that captivate our audience.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer (Mandatory skill) with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and topics.
  • Proven ability as a Content Creator (Mandatory skill) to produce high-quality written content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Excellent writing skills are required, including grammar, proofreading, and a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • SEO knowledge is essential for maximizing content visibility and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Ability to research and understand complex real estate concepts and translate them into simple, engaging content.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Research, write, and edit compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including but not limiting to website pages, blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, etc. Proficient with creating detailed long form content and engaging creative copies.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the design and sales team to develop and implement content strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • SEO Optimization: Create content that is optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Branding and Messaging: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content to maintain a cohesive and professional brand image.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, ensuring that all content is error-free and adheres to the company's style guide.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to gather information, obtain feedback, and incorporate their input into the content creation process.
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
