Job description

Hiring Assistant Manager Integrated Building Management Systems for a leading commercial real estate company with experience in IBMS or IOT industry performing the role of developing of IBMS/IOT system, troubleshooting and maintenance of complete IBMS system until the end-of-life cycle.

Troubleshooting and repairing digital electronic and pneumatic control systems; starting, stopping, and troubleshooting of equipment operations; operating, maintaining, diagnosing problems, and repairing industrial/commercial systems and control devices.

Candidates should be from IBMS or IOT industry performing the role of developing of IBMS/IOT system, troubleshooting and maintenance of complete IBMS system until the end-of-life cycle.

Minimum Requirements:

• BE/B Tech or Diploma Electrical & Electronics or Electronics Engg with 5-7 years of experience in IBMS or IOT projects.
• Experience in working with IBMS projects installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Proven track record in overseeing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and contract negotiation.
• Capacity to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and quality control.
• Awareness on ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) , ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System) & ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).
• Experience in working with LEED certified projects
