Hiring for a leading managed office space provider based in Bangalore for Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition.

  • Manage end-to-end facilities recruitment activities and
  • employee journey, from job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer extension, onboarding logistics, and off-boarding.
  • Work with business on workforce planning and develop plans to deploy employees to maximize productivity in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with business on talent acquisition strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies, local legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc and company-wide projects as required.


Requirement:


  • 4 to 6 years' experience in recruiting for real estate positions. (MUST Have)
  • Unquestioned integrity, highly motivated, positive to a challenging environment.
  • PC skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated
  • Very strong interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels of personnel.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment;
