Hiring Assistant Manager Pre-Contracts for a leading Real Estate Developer based in Bangalore. You would be responsible for all stages related to pre-contract stages.

• Preparing vendor list for prequalification's and floating the Expression of Interest to
• selected vendors/Contractors.
• Managing the procurement of contractors/subcontractors from floating FOT/RFQ/RFP, tender documents (SCC/GCC), Pre-Bid MOU, receive priced tenders, shortlist valid tenderers, Organize the Negotiations Meetings, closure of LOI/WO/Contract as necessary and secure requisite BGs and insurances.
• Responsible for reviewing of BOQ, specifications, estimation of quantity, rate analysis, tender estimates and optimization of specifications update to HOD.
• Managing all issues related to SEZ/Import/Export/SFIS/EPCG
• Contractual correspondence with the contractors pertaining to construction schedules, Bank Guarantees, quality of work, deviations, hindrances, recoveries, penalties, insurance policies, other statutory requirements, etc.
• Provide contractual and technical guidance to HOD and subordinates staff and other project personnel supporting contracts or non-tender activities.
• Prepare and Track MIS for all documents (Tenders, Work Orders, Change Orders /Amendments, Cancellations, Insurance policies, Bank Guarantees, etc.).

• Work Order and Subcontract Agreement Preparation
• Along with HOD be a part of Negotiation Meetings and responsible for recording of MOM and circulate with the vendors and other stake holders.
