Hiring for Assistant Manager - Mortgage Services for a leading company based in Central Bangalore. 3 to 6 years of experience in working at any of the Home Finance Company/Lenders or Banks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should have good verbal & written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge & updates in Home Loan subject, process & procedures will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to meet the customers of company at residential projects site or as per the convenience of the customer who book their property with the company & convert them to take the home loan from In House Mortgage Team of the company.
• Meeting the prospective customers, analysing the financial needs & requirements, counselling/advising the product which suits their home loan requirements, keeping the organisational interest.
• Convincing the customer to go ahead for Home Loan through us.
• Shall have a minimum gross revenue target & TAT for each activity.
• Conducting activity/campaign on the Balance Transfer of home loan to enhance the revenue of the company.
• Act as a facilitator between the borrower & lender.
• Actively follow up with the customers for loan documents to login the file in lesser TAT.
• Actively follow up with the banks/HFC for sanction & disbursements.
• You will effectively coordinate with all concerned departments in the Bank/HFC’s for concluding loan transaction of borrowers.
• Develop a good network with banks and institutions and build relationships.
• Targeting higher pay-out banks/HFC & promoting the same by convincing the customers.
• MIS preparation/Invoice preparation/Following up of pay outs with the respective
