Duties:

• Preparing feasibility report
• Making presentation for business proposals
• Coordination with in-house business developer team
• Preparing concepts/ areas/ sketches for land parcels in coordination with GM.
• Assisting GM for preparing design reports.
• Drafting of entire project from concepts to execution stage GFC drawings.
• Detailing all designs, options to get through the final approvals and then take it for execution.
• Experienced in handling high rise projects design development drawings.
• Sketch up views to explain the 3D of project designs, elevation, etc.
• Check and comment on all drawings received from consultants and co-ordinate to get error free drawings.
• Co-ordinate between various in-house departments and provide necessary drawings/documents.
• Provide inputs over the designs at necessary stages.
• Documentation on departmental procedures and checklists.
• Prepare MOM and conduct Design review meetings.
• Maintain project files and folders from time to time.
• Regular Site inspection and ensuring details are followed at site as per GFC drawings.
• Assist Senior Architect-Design in all areas of Design department and co-ordination.
• Prepare presentations for the design department for monthly progress on projects.
• Responsibility for interior layouts, in-house schemes, designs, areas, etc. to be prepared within given timelines.
• Site team, PMC team, vendor co-ordination to be taken up time to time.
• Ensure timelines are maintained by all stakeholders towards achieving company goals.
• Setting up standard details for office use.
• Support Senior Architect and team lead in all day-to-day work needs based on priority set.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 7 t0 10 years of experience in construction and architecture for high-rise residential projects.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch UP, Photoshop
