Hiring QS Manager for a leading developer based in Bangalore. You would be responsible for accurately quantity take-off, developing BoQ and detailed Cost Estimation work at all life cycle stages of projects.

Ideal candidate will have Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years' experience in QS/Cost Estimation for Architecture and Interior works (Commercial or residential).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have Pre-contract experience.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment for ID
• and Arch packages.
• Utilize estimating software, excel spreadsheets, and other tools to accurately calculate quantities.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for all the ID and Arch packages and at different life cycle stages of projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of cost elements, including material expenses, labor rates, equipment costs, direct and indirect expenditures, as well as overhead and profit (OHP).
• Preparation of tender documents, including ITB, bills of quantities and specifications.
• Evaluate and analyse bids and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create and finalize technical specifications for the ID and Arch works according to master formats, including code compliance.
• Performs product research; assists designers with material selection and system research. Co-ordination with suppliers to gather material specification & services and its prices.
• Maintenance and update database of Subcontractor and Suppliers.
• Demonstrate robust expertise in both residential and commercial construction projects.
