We are hiring for TELESALES EXECUTIVE at Gurugram location

We're looking for a Telesales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer service.

NUMBER OF OPENINGS : 2

REPORTING OFFICE : GURGAON, sector -47

SALARY : 20,000-25000/- + quarterly monthly performance bonus.

ROLES AND DUTIES:

● Candidates will be given clients details who are already introduced in the co. The candidate will work towards calling the customers to make them repeat/more sales.

● Target should be to have potential customers list for repeated orders.

● Make sales strategies according to different categories of customers.

●Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches

● Candidates should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference.

● Updating the database with all the customer's information.

● Preparing timely reports for seniors about review on work done monthly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

● 2+ years of work experience as a Tele sales Executive, Tele sales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.

● Basic analytical reports graphs, charts for reporting purposes.
