Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and oversee our content strategy. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing high quality content across various channels to engage our target audience, drive traffic, and generate leads. The job content also involves proficiency in presentation skills and managing various corporate social media channels like LinkedIn etc. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional storyteller, and an analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
- Enrich and manage company website content, ensuring it remains updated, visually appealing, and aligned with brand messaging.
Content Management & Distribution:
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page content, including crafting posts, sharing updates, and running promotional campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, including social media, email, and PR campaigns.
- Use SEO best practices to maximize content reach and visibility.
Presentation & Deck Preparation:
- Prepare top-notch executive and company decks and presentations, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and visual appeal.
Website Operations:
- Run and manage the company’s website, including regular updates, maintenance, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Audience Engagement:
- Monitor and analyse audience engagement to refine content strategies.
- Interact with the community via social media and other platforms to build brand loyalty.
Performance Measurement:
- Track and report on content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions).
- Use analytics tools to refine strategies and achieve measurable ROI.
Team Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align content with organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor junior content creators, freelancers, and other contributors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Expertise in managing LinkedIn pages and running promotional campaigns.
- Experience creating professional presentations and marketing decks.
- Ability to enhance and maintain website content with a focus on user experience.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid content marketing and PPC campaigns.
