Qualifications and Skills

• Management of Cash & Petty Expenses.
• Proven Experience of min 2 yrs as Site Accountant in the construction industry.
• Vendor Management.
• Knowledge of Construction Site Inspections.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Invoice Processing.
• Must be able to speak and understand Hindi language.
• Knowledge of Local language i.e. Tamil will be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and perform cash management tasks on-site.
• Handle petty expenses related to the construction site.
• Manage vendors and coordinate payments and invoices.
• Conduct inspections at construction sites to ensure financial compliance.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process and verify invoices in a timely manner.
• Interaction with the Vendors & Clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi & English for site-related matters.
