Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project planning and management.
• Proficiency in MSP (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill).
• Strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) for effective project scheduling and monitoring.
• Competence in resource allocation to optimize the use of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Capable of performing risk management to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Experience in cost control to ensure financial efficiency throughout project execution.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Experience with industrial projects, including infrastructure and development projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules using MSP and AutoCAD.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
