Roles and Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for junior to senior level positions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.

• Negotiate offers and handle onboarding processes.

• Specialize in industrial projects hiring and utilize job platforms for recruitment.


Note: Candidates having experience from Construction Industry will be a plus.
