Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team at PISL. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in planning and project management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders
• Analyze project requirements, constraints, and risks to develop effective scheduling solutions
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential risks or bottlenecks
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior planning engineers as needed
• Having Knowledge of MS Project and industrial Experience Like In Warehouse
