  • Provide guidance and support on benefits policies and processes including enrolment, and employee queries.
  • Manage the relationship with external vendors and consultants, such as insurance brokers, benefit providers, and compensation surveys.
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits issues, such as salary reviews, bonus plans, incentive schemes, recognition programs, benefits enrolment, and employee queries.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of the compensation and benefits programs, and recommend improvements and enhancements as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
  • Promote a working culture where processes are followed to secure service delivery quality.
  • Investigate and when relevant escalate service requests to the appropriate Area team within HR Service Centre.
  • Investigate and when relevant escalate problems and opportunities in processes/policies/information and tools to the appropriate owner.
  • Verify, maintain and improve the HR information on the self-service portal and the internal HR knowledge database.
  • Cooperate with HR Business Partner on specific service requests when relevant.
  • Play a central role in improving the local Customer Support services and HR information.
  • Play a central role in continuously improving/updating the internal HR knowledge base.
  • Monitor and keep up to date with developments/best practices within Customer Support and other HR areas.
  • Participation in HR and/or line of business projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an HR-shared service center or a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
